CCER advises Catholic employers on a broad range of employment law, employment relations and human resource issues.

The services provided by CCER include: advice on employment law, employment relations, human resources policy and practice; advice on conditions of employment; negotiation of workplace agreements; alternative dispute resolution; advocacy before industrial tribunals, research and training.

CCER also represents the interests of NSW and ACT Catholic employers in legislative processes and policy reforms in the area of employment relations.
