Catholic systemic school employers in NSW and the ACT can seek employment relations advice, representation and advocacy from the Education team at CCER. The team works directly with Catholic Education and Catholic School Offices in all the Dioceses within NSW and the ACT.

In undertaking its work, the Education team is committed to promoting the principles of Catholic Social Teaching. Consistent with CCER’s mission, the team also aims to support systemic school employers develop workplaces where human dignity and justice are affirmed. The team understands that in order for the Church to remain credible in society, Church employers are under a heavy obligation to observe the teachings of the Catholic faith in their own conduct of employment relations.
