Social Welfare

CCER provides assistance to both large and small social welfare agencies, including aged care facilities.

People management issues such as dealing with poor performance and disciplinary matters, as well as advice on conditions of employment are areas with which CCER can assist employers. CCER can also support social welfare employers by providing assistance in drafting contracts of employment and training on relevant workplace topics, such as volunteer management and compliance.

"The St Vincent de Paul Society, Sydney Archdiocese has amalgamated its retail outlets in order to increase profits and enhance welfare operations. The streamlining of retail operations has also involved many employment relations matters. CCER staff provided invaluable support over the past twelve months in assisting us to manage extensive changes to workplace practices."
